Client appointments

We are preparing to move our premises to a new location, and we have a backlog of client appointments into August. As a result, Furniture Bank is not booking any new client appointments at this time.

If you already have an appointment, please keep it as previously arranged. We will continue to provide free furniture and household items to all those clients who already have a referral and an appointment.

If we have not yet given you an appointment date, we cannot do so at this time. Please speak to your worker.

We will advise referring agencies when we are once again booking new appointments.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

 

 

 

To make an appointment to receive furniture, you must first be referred by a shelter or a refugee agency. Ask your social worker about a referral to Furniture Bank.

 

 

There is usually a four to six week waiting list for an appointment to receive furniture.

 

 

You must remove the furniture you are given on the same day.

If you will require our delivery service, bring at least $100 in cash with you when you come in for your appointment.
