Alban Joxhe has been in the position of Operations Manager at Furniture Bank since 2008. His strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a key factor in resolving operating problems and difficulties as well as authorizing department operational procedures within the organization framework. In this capacity he is responsible for implementing policies and procedures, plan, staff and supervise all assigned work activities, provide support to any number of projects from an operational standpoint as well as developing strong field force and long term goals.
He has over ten years experience and accomplishments in the management field a strong commitment and involvement in helping the community for which he has been awarded by the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship for outstanding contribution during the Parasol operation in 1999. Prior to joining Furniture Bank he was the Operations Manager of Bramac INC., and Assistant Manager of Cast Software Inc.
He has experience in Supply Chain and Management, Marketing and Business Administration, Manufacturing and Software. He has specialization in Management, Marketing and Business Administration.
Alban Joxhe graduated from Tirana Polytechnic University in 1993 with honors with a major in mechanical engineering. He has specialization in Management, Marketing and Business Administration from San Diego State University and is an active member of the community and a dedicated father.
