Chair Affair - October 21, 2010
Furniture Bank had its first inaugural Chair Affair. The event was a great success with high number of participants and with the money raised.
Chair Affair is the first fundraiser for Furniture Bank, uniquely servingThe Greater Toronto Area since 1998.
This fundraising event showcase the designs of 30 local artists donating their talents and their time to create an extraordinary work of art with ordinary chairs from our warehouse.
Through the ticket sales, raffle and auction, and sponsors we raised over $64,000 this year.
