My role involves overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing family service program including planning, organizing, leading, and supervising Client Services activities. As part of the Operations Team, I work onsite at our facility.

From April 2020, due to COVID-19, Client Services is providing a new Distanced Referral and Distanced Delivery Service. When referrals are submitted to Furniture Bank by Partner Agencies, referral communication is email-based between the Agency Worker and Furniture Bank Staff. The furniture needs of the agency-client are captured on a Case Form and furniture is selected by Furniture Bank volunteers and staff.
