Director of Program Operations – Sean [Meet Our Team]

Furniture Bank Meet Our Team
Working home

I’m Sean Peddle, Furniture Bank’s Director of Program Operations. I’ve been working with Furniture Bank for over 6 engaging years and the next project is always just around the corner. I oversee the flow of our core daily operations. My teams include Client Services, Warehouse, The Repair Workshop and our Fleet. I’ve also been known to solve a tech problem from time to time.

In March 2020, we shifted our operations model to safely meet the needs of the families we serve, our customers and our team members. The operational changes and challenges have been too many to list and continue to evolve as I write this. Luckily for us, we have a dynamic team of leaders, staff and volunteers. The COLLABORATION and RESILIENCE has been amazing to be a part of!

I have an affinity for display technology, a passion for all things film and video games, and an obsession with golf. My golfing partner, frequent FB collaborator and awesome wife, Tammy Peddle, keeps these hobbies (mostly) in check. During the evenings I can be found laughing with Tammy and our daughter over a seasonal hot drink.
