Plan Your Furniture Drop-Off
Bring eligible furniture directly to our Etobicoke warehouse. Most drop-offs are welcome during walk-in hours—no appointment needed. If you’re bringing a moving truck, using movers, or bringing more than a pickup-truck load, please get in touch to book an appointment before you arrive.
Do I Need a Drop-Off Appointment?
Everyday Drop-Offs
Bringing a few items in your car or pickup truck? Come by during walk-in hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm. No booking is needed, and our dock staff will help you unload.
Large Loads or Moving Trucks
Using a moving truck, working with movers, or bringing a particularly large load? Please let us know before you arrive so our dock team can prepare to help.
Furniture Bank Toronto
We cannot accept drop-offs on Saturdays or Sundays. Items left outside after hours will be considered illegal dumping and will not qualify for a tax receipt.
Follow the laneway on the east side of the building to the back. Please do not leave items outside the warehouse; unattended items cannot be accepted or receipted.
Before You Drop Off
We strictly cannot accept items with stains, rips, or pest issues.
Our team will review your drop-off details and confirm your dock time within one business day. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, our dock staff reserve the right to politely decline items upon arrival if they cannot be safely rehomed.
Charitable Tax Receipts
Eligible accepted items will receive a charitable tax receipt based on fair market value. Your receipt will be emailed the next business day after your donation has been processed.
