Sunset, Vancouver, BC HomeStart Foundation is a non-profit Christian humanitarian organization helping people re-establish a home. Working in partnership with over 70 member agencies, we give donated home furnishings to people in need.

About HomeStart Foundation

Since 2003 HomeStart has furnished homes for thousands of disadvantaged people. Clients are women and children escaping domestic violence, refugees, youth aging out of foster care, people with mental health & physical disabilities.

We offer a pickup service Monday to Friday 1000 – 1400 in Vancouver, Richmond and some areas of Burnaby. Drop off by appointment to our South Vancouver warehouse.

Items must be in good to excellent condition – send us a photo if you can. We don’t have the resources to repair or clean pieces, so we’re very selective. We want our staff to feel proud of the furniture we offer our clients.
