About Lancaster Baptist Church
In December of 2015 Lancaster Baptist entered into a temporary partnership with the YMCA’s Newcomer Connections here in Saint John to be a furniture handling depot for Syrian newcomers to our city. It was anticipated that would last for a few months. Now four years later we have helped furnish all or partial apartments for over 200 families. Couches, chairs, dressers, tables, pots, dishes, etc… Families from all over the world have benefited from the generosity of people in our city.
