Home Depot's in kind donation
July 14th 2023
Home Depot generously donated 14 pieces of brand new furniture and multiple home decor items on July 14th, 2023. They sent over 6 beautiful chairs as well as a dining set, tables, rugs, lamps, and mirrors.
We are so grateful for our partnership with Home Depot. They have helped us support GTA families and contributed to the fight against furniture poverty!

The Home Depot team, led by Denise Ferreira, rolled up their sleeves for a day of compassion and collaboration. Unable to attend the Furniture Bank in person, they devised a creative solution to still make a meaningful contribution to their community. It was a day where corporate commitment met community spirit, embodying the ethos of Home Depot Canada. The Home Depot HR & Communications Team built and created, furniture (15 pieces) and cleaning kits (50 boxes) collection from the event.
