Here’s what we can (and can’t) do.
Getting rid of large furniture can be tricky — especially when it doesn’t quite fit through the door. That’s why we offer light disassembly as part of our furniture removal service.
If your item needs a little help getting out the door — like removing the legs from a table, taking the back off a couch, or separating a bed frame — our team can take care of that for you. Just let us know in advance so we can come with the right tools and enough time to get the job done safely.
That said, there are limits to what we can do. We don’t offer full disassembly for complex items like built-in furniture, large wardrobes that require extensive work, or anything that involves electrical or plumbing components. Our team is trained for quick, safe removals — not full-scale deconstruction.
A few tips before we arrive:
-
Let us know what pieces might need to be taken apart when you book.
-
Clear the area around the furniture to give our team space to work.
- If you’ve already started disassembling something yourself, great! Just be sure any small parts (screws, bolts) are bagged and taped to the item if possible.
Our goal is to make your furniture removal as easy and stress-free as possible. Got questions or special requests? We’re happy to talk it through when you book!
