of ten prominent Toronto artists and designers

including Paul Lafrance and Heidi Richter of

HGTV’s hit show “Decked Out”, who will donate

their talents and their time to create a unique and

extraordinary work of art with ordinary chairs from

the Furniture Bank warehouse.

How Do I Get My Tickets?

Your home is more than four walls and a roof

Furniture Bank has been helping families create homes since 1998 by collecting and distributing

donated furniture and household items to women and children escaping violence, newcomers to

Canada and the formerly homeless. In 2011, Furniture Bank served over 5,000 people, including

nearly 1,600 children. More than 1,200 metric tonnes of solid waste were diverted last year alone.
