What are the hours of operation for your pickup service?

Hours of operation for our pickup service

Our hours of operation for our pickup and removal service are between 8 am and 2 pm.

We work in 3 hour time blocks, and provide you a 3 hour window of arrival the day prior to pickup, by end of that day. If your pickup is scheduled on a Monday, we will contact you the Friday prior to pickup.

Morning: 8 am -11 pm, 9 am – 12 pm

Mid day: 10 am – 1 pm, 11 am – 2 pm

For pickups where an elevator is required, or locations where you do not reside on site, we will include a time request for you and do our best to accommodate that request.

Please note this is only a request. We do not guarantee a window of time.

On the day of pickup, our team will provide you with a courtesy text or call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

We acknowledge that condos or buildings may not be flexible on timing, or you have a very busy schedule, so we try to accommodate you as best as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
