No matter what your circumstance, Furniture Bank has you covered. Trying to find a new home for your furniture while juggling a million other things- all during a pandemic- is tough! And we hear you. We’ve decided to alleviate some of the pressure and have prepared this

1. Inventory

Prepare your list of items: what exactly do you want us to pick up?

2. Dimensions

Measure your large items, box your housewares and take pictures of items you aren’t sure about. Have a look at our list of what we accept and what we can’t accept:

3. Request a pickup

Fill out a request a pickup form on the website! Watch this short video for the instructions.

4. Quote & Payment

Once you receive your emailed quote and would like to move forward, give us a call to secure a date with a credit card- touchess and safe. We book about 2 weeks in advance.

4. Confirmation

Once your pickup is booked, we will send your payment receipt and confirmation email. A few days prior to pickup, you’ll get your estimated time of arrival.

5. Relax

Day of pickup- sit back and relax, our teams will do all the heavy lifting for you.

48 hours after pickup, you will receive a tax receipt for your donation!
