Streamlined Online Booking
We assess your volume, timeline, and logistics requirements (such as loading docks or disassembly). You receive a clear logistical plan and an estimated logistics fee.
Inspected, Gently Used Goods
We provide gently used furniture in good condition. All items are professionally inspected and pest-controlled before delivery. Your clients get to visit our showroom and personally select the items that fit their family’s needs.
We Handle the Heavy Lifting
You focus on social work; we focus on logistics. Please note: We do not offer a client pick-up option. All furniture is delivered directly into your client’s new home by our professional moving teams.
How the Partnership Works
Becoming a partner is 100% free for your agency.
- Apply: Fill out the form below
- Train: Complete a short orientation on how to use the portal
- Refer: Use the portal to book an appointment for your client
- Furnish: Your client visits our showroom, selects their items, and we deliver them
The $300 Delivery Fee
While the furniture itself is free, there is a flat $300 delivery fee for the client. This covers our trucks, fuel, and moving team. Agencies often use their own funding to cover this fee, or the client can pay it directly via credit card to secure their delivery date.
Who Qualifies for a Referral?
We are dedicated to helping individuals in vulnerable transitions. Your clients are eligible for referral if they are:
- Transitioning from homelessness (within the last 12 months)
- Women and children leaving shelters
- Newcomers and refugees to Canada
- Recovering from sudden loss (fire, flood, or severe pest infestation)
Where We Deliver To
While your agency can be located anywhere in Ontario, our trucks are currently only able to deliver to client addresses within the following regions:
- City of Toronto
- York Region
- Peel Region
- Specific areas of Halton Region
Note: For safety reasons, our teams can only deliver up to the second floor in walk-up buildings without elevators.
