How to Drop Off Furniture at Our Warehouse
Save on home-pickup fees by bringing eligible furniture directly to our Etobicoke warehouse, serving Toronto and the GTA. Review our drop-off hours and item guidelines before you arrive.
Where can I drop off my furniture?
We cannot accept drop-offs on Saturdays or Sundays. Items left outside after hours will be treated as illegal dumping and will not qualify for a tax receipt.
Follow the laneway on the east side of the building to the back. Pull up at loading bays 1, 2, or 3. Signage takes you the whole way.

Verify Your Items
Before you pack your car, check that your items are on our What We Accept list and in clean, usable condition—free of stains, rips, or pest issues.
The Handoff
When you arrive at the dock, our staff will perform a quick quality check and help you unload. We reserve the right to politely decline items that cannot be rehomed.
Your Tax Receipt
Our team will calculate fair market value on accepted donations. Donations valued at $25 or more will be issued a charitable tax receipt the next business day.
Do I need an appointment?
Most drop-offs are welcome during walk-in hours—no appointment needed. If you’re bringing a moving truck, working with movers, or delivering a particularly large load, please get in touch first so our dock team can be ready to help. All items are inspected when you arrive, and eligible tax receipts are emailed the day after your donation is accepted.
Everyday Drop-Offs
Bringing a few items in your car or truck? Come by during walk-in hours – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm. No booking is needed, and our dock staff will help you unload.
Large Loads or Moving Trucks
Using a moving truck, working with movers, or bringing a particularly large load? Please let us know before you arrive so our dock team can prepare to help.

Paid Home Pickup Service
Prefer pickup instead? Our professional team comes to your home and handles the heavy lifting. Pickup fees start at $150, and eligible donations may receive a charitable tax receipt based on fair market value.
